Privacy

This notice explains the limited information Abstract Colormix Studios, LLC uses to run the site, respond to inquiries, publish the Journal, and understand how artwork is explored.

Information you choose to provide

When you write through the inquiry form, the studio stores what you send: your name, email address, message, and any work you name, so the message can be answered. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated sending and is not stored. If you subscribe to Journal notices, we store your email address, subscription status, and the dates needed to confirm or end that subscription.

Site and artwork activity

The studio dashboard records aggregate events such as page views, collection opens, artwork views, close-up use, UV hover interactions, Journal reads, and price-request clicks. That first-party event table does not store an IP address, browser user-agent, or a visitor ID.

Google Analytics may also process device and usage information when its Google tag is active. Google describes its practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries about artwork and the studio.
  • Send Journal notices to confirmed subscribers.
  • Operate, secure, measure, and improve the site and artwork experience.
  • Maintain accurate artwork, availability, and publication records.

Services and choices

The site uses service providers for hosting, database and login infrastructure, analytics, and (when enabled) email delivery. We do not sell subscriber email addresses. Every Journal email includes an unsubscribe route, and you may ask us to update or remove your information through the inquiry form.
