Original artwork is handled directly by the studio so packing, delivery, and any return terms can match the individual work.
Before payment
The site does not complete an artwork checkout. Your written studio quote will identify the selected work, final price, packing method, shipping or delivery charges, timing, insurance, and any agreed return conditions before payment.
Packing and delivery
Works shipped within the United States are packed by or for the studio and insured in transit. Large works may require a crate, a specialist carrier, or local delivery; those details are quoted for the specific artwork and destination.
Damage or a delivery issue
Keep all packaging and photograph the artwork, packaging, and shipping label immediately. Write to the studio through the inquiry form so the studio can document the issue and coordinate the next step with the carrier.
